1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiniValuator at minivaluator.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MiniValuator is an online DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) stock valuation tool that helps individual investors estimate the intrinsic value and margin of safety of publicly traded stocks. The service is provided on a freemium basis: a free tier with complimentary credits, plus one-time credit packs you can purchase as needed.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information and calculations provided by MiniValuator are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice.

MiniValuator does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security
Intrinsic value estimates are based on user-supplied inputs and assumptions; they are not forecasts or guarantees
Past and projected financial data sourced from third parties may contain errors or be incomplete
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions

4. User Accounts

Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@minivaluator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service.

5. Credits and Payments

Free Credits: Every new account receives 30 free credits upon registration, as a one-time grant, to perform valuation calculations.

Credit Packs: MiniValuator does not offer subscriptions. We sell only one-time credit packs, paid for in a single charge at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

Credits: Credits are consumed when you run valuation calculations or access premium data features. Credits never expire and remain available until you use them.

Refunds: If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that purchase by contacting us at support@minivaluator.com. Once you have run a valuation using credits from that purchase, that purchase is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Price Changes: We may change the price of our credit packs at any time. Any price change applies only to future purchases and does not affect credits you have already bought.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code
Use the service to manipulate markets or spread misleading financial information
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service
Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
Use the service for any illegal purpose under applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding of MiniValuator are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any data you input into the tool. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Third-Party Data

MiniValuator sources financial data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Third-party data providers have their own terms of use; your use of our service implies acceptance of those terms as applicable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT FINANCIAL DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINIVALUATOR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniValuator and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MiniValuator operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
