Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service.
Free Tier: Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month to perform valuation calculations.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions provide additional credits and features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Credits: Credits are consumed when you run DCF calculations or access premium data features. Credits do not roll over across billing periods unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 14 days.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to affected users.

MiniValuator sources financial data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Third-party data providers have their own terms of use; your use of our service implies acceptance of those terms as applicable.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniValuator and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MiniValuator operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
